We were delighted to welcome Sir Roger Fry, founder of KGA, to KA Rowner for a very special visit. Sir Roger Fry is the visionary behind our family of schools, and he is passionate about providing children with the very best opportunities, both in and beyond the classroom. It was a pleasure to share with him the super work happening across our school. He is photographed proudly holding the KGA MAT of the Year Award.

During his visit, Sir Roger spent time with some of our Year 6 pupils. They told him lots about what they enjoyed about KA Rowner. And, what they will miss when they leave us at the end of the term. The children were very enthusiastic about our Dance Live performances. Sir Roger thoroughly enjoyed watching our most recent our most recent performance.

Sir Roger was given a thorough tour of the school by our Executive Headteacher Mrs Mulhall. He was impressed with how well all learners were engaged with their learning.

One of the highlights of the visit was Sir Roger’s fascination with our 3D printer. He hadn’t seen one uo close before. He was excited to it in action for the first time. We have him a 3D printed gift which he liked very much.

Thank you, Sir Roger, for your continued interest and support. We always enjoy your visits and are proud to share all that we do at KA Rowner.
