What a fantastic day we’ve had enjoying fun in the sun! The children have loved being active outdoors, making the most of our breaktime toys and playground space. It may still be a little nippy, but all the running, jumping, and dashing about is certainly keeping us warm! Spending time outside isn’t just about having fun—it’s also great for our health and well-being. Sunshine helps our bodies produce Vitamin D, which is essential for strong bones and a healthy immune system. Being active outdoors also boosts endorphins, helping us feel happier, more focused, and full of energy. Check out the photos of our children making the most of the sunshine!
