Our Service Club children have been having great fun over the last couple of weeks using Chromebooks to create optical illusion photographs. The results are absolutely fabulous!
The children have been exploring how camera angles and everyday objects can be used to trick the eye and create unusual effects. Using items such as a Wellington boot, they carefully positioned themselves and the camera to give the impression that objects were much bigger than they really are. They particularly enjoyed creating hilarious photographs where it looked like they were squashing each other!
This exciting project has encouraged creativity, teamwork and problem-solving, while also helping the children develop their digital and photography skills. The club are already full of ideas and are very keen to continue creating even more mind-blowing images over the next few weeks. We cannot wait to see what they come up with next!
