On Friday, some of our thoughtful Year 4 children made an amazing discovery in Forest School. They discovered that a little hedgehog had managed to get itself stuck inside a piece of rubbish. The children quickly called for help, and after a few careful attempts, the hedgehog was safely freed. Mrs Knoll was on hand to capture the moment, and the children were absolutely delighted to see the tiny creature scurry away safely. We are so proud of our compassionate and observant pupils for looking out for local wildlife. This is a super example of care, teamwork, and respect for nature. And a reminder as to why we need to ensure litter is in the bin.
