Today, we were delighted to welcome representatives from Huhtamaki to our school to help celebrate our children’s entries to the recent Health and Safety Poster Competition, which focused on the theme of hand safety. The Huhtamaki team spoke to the children about the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace and praised the effort and creativity shown across the school. They were hugely impressed by the quality of the poster designs. So much so that the Mayor of Gosport, who was part of the judging panel, found it very difficult to choose the winners.

We are incredibly proud that our school was awarded £1,000 for taking part and even prouder of our six lucky winners, each of whom received a £50 Amazon gift card. Well done to every child who took part and thank you once again to Huhtamaki for their generosity and for helping our pupils understand the real-world importance of Health and Safety.
