We are very grateful to our local Coastguard for visiting our school yesterday and delivering such an important assembly on water safety. Last night, our Year 5 children had an incredible experience during their overnight visit to the iconic Spinnaker Tower! The evening began with an exciting ferry journey across the water, setting the tone for an adventure to remember. Once at the Tower, the children took part in a Landmark Hunt before capturing the breathtaking views from ...
We are incredibly proud of our Year 3 children who have raised a phenomenal £1,701 for the Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity through their sponsored run! This isn’t just a wonderful achievement, it is record-breaking! We’ve been told that this is the biggest donation the Rainbow Trust has ever received from a school in our area – what an incredible legacy from our young fundraisers.
Every single pound raised is going to make a real difference. The money donated is enough to provide 53 hours of emotional and practical support for a family caring for a seriously ill child. That support might come in the form of hospital transport, time for siblings to talk and play with a trusted adult, or simply allowing parents a much-needed moment to rest while their child is cared for by a Family Support Worker. The Rainbow Trust works tirelessly to ensure that families don’t have to face childhood illness alone, and we are so pleased to be able to contribute to their incredible work.
To our wonderful children: thank you for running with such energy and heart. To all our parents, carers, families and friends: thank you for your generous sponsorship and support.

The children worked brilliantly together, showing teamwork, imagination, and care for the planet. Well done, Year 4 – true eco-artists in ...
