Year 5 have been diving into the world of angles in maths. They were introduced to protractors and learned how to use them to measure angles accurately. To put their skills to the test, the children were challenged to find and measure the angles on their desks, then classify them as acute, obtuse or right angles. Afterwards, they took their learning even further by moving around the classroom to check their classmates’ angle measurements — a fun and interactive way to reinforce accuracy and teamwork!
