Just before the end of term, we were delighted to welcome visitors from St Mary’s Church, who came in to share part of the Easter Story with our children during the last week of term. Their assembly focused on Palm Sunday, exploring what happened on that special day and drawing comparisons between the arrival of Jesus and the coronation of King Charles III which sparked thoughtful discussions and reflection.

As a school, we were pleased to support St Mary’s by donating a hamper (collated by big Team Rowner) to their Community Cupboard, helping to provide for those in need within our local area.

Before leaving, St Mary’s also shared the fantastic range of activities they have planned for families over the Easter holidays. We’re grateful for their continued partnership and the learning experiences they bring to our school.
