In Cojoes, Year 5 have been focusing on the incredible achievements of famous astronaut Tim Peake! As part of their latest challenge, they stepped into the shoes of astronauts on a vital space mission.

The task? Gather rock samples to take back to Earth—but there was a problem! Some of their essential resources had become scattered across space. To succeed, the children had to work as a unified team, carefully retrieving their items while ensuring their connection remained intact.

We were incredibly proud to see all pupils demonstrating immense determination, problem-solving skills, and fantastic teamwork throughout the challenge. Their communication and resilience truly shone, making them space explorers in the making!
