Last week, our Year 6 pupils participated in the Bikeability programme, expertly delivered by Hampshire Outdoors. It was a great experience for everyone involved, as children gained essential cycling skills and road safety knowledge. For some, it was an exciting chance to learn to ride a bike for the very first time, while others advanced their skills by practising safe road use. From overtaking parked cars to turning left and right at junctions, pupils gained confidence and skills to navigate roads safely. At the end of the programme, each child proudly received a certificate and badge as recognition of their hard work and achievements. We are thrilled with their progress and look forward to seeing them apply these valuable skills outside of school. Well done, Year 6!
