Yesterday, Year 4 had a very special visitor. Tony, who is a Greenpeace volunteer, came and spoke to the children about the effects of climate change. There was lots of discussion about how we can reduce our carbon footprint and look after our environment. He was very impressed with the amount of knowledge all the children had on the matter. Their learning, around matters of sustainability, was linked to our assembly today.
