In Year 5, the children are currently learning about looping and remixing in their music lessons. This week they found out what a loop is in a piece of music and listened to some songs which include them. They were impressed to find out how Ed Sheeran creates loops when performing using a loop pedal. Additionally, they created a group body percussion performance by layering loops. Some of the groups performed theirs to the rest of the class. Excellent leadership Year 5!
