This term, Year 3 have been learning all about how we can support those in need in our local community. The children worked together to research a variety of charities, before deciding to raise money for ‘The Sick Children’s Trust’. As a team, we designed and completed our own obstacle course (whilst dressed in ‘Hero’ themed fancy dress!) This was to represent how charity workers are heroes to children in need. The children worked hard to gather sponsors over the last few weeks and successfully raised a huge £1051.50! We are super, super proud of all of the children for being such brilliant ‘Growing Citizens’.  Well done Year 3 – you are absolutely awesome. A big THANK YOU to everyone in our community who sponsored the children.
