On Friday, Year 3 started their new science learning which was all based around plants. The children started by thinking about what they already knew about plants and worked together to successfully label the key features of a plant. The children then learned a song to find out all about the functions of each part. The year group learned in roles of scientists by dissecting real plants and using magnifying glasses to look closely.
