INSET days are invaluable for schools to invest in professional learning for teachers and support staff. Yesterday, INSET was hosted at Rowner Junior for Team Primary and GFM secondary colleagues met at Bay House and Brune Park. Team Primary had a busy day including:

  • a revisit of The GFM Way and what it means to ‘Yearn to be better’ in regards to school improvement. We’re good but are always keen to be better in all that we do!
  • a Line management session in order that Line Managers and Line Managees were well equipped to have robust dialogue, from a place of care, regarding one approach
  • In relation to ‘well-bing’ revisit what it means to ‘belong’ and the importance of everyone within our team who makes everything that happens at Rowner and across the phase happens
  • time for private study and/or time of reflection

Thanks to GFM Catering for feeding the staff so well and wishing Team Rowner, big and small, a super half-term.
