Year 5’s new COJOs learning is linked to the famous British astronaut Tim Peake. Their first mission involved them creating a ‘spacesuit’ on the ground which needed breathing apparatus, a helmet and to be large enough for their whole team to stand in. This week’s mission saw the children creating and launching rockets to send Sid the astronaut into space. The children showed amazing ‘creativity’ and ‘teamwork’ in both of these missions!
