Our LEGO Club, hosted by Miss Parker, rightly felt proud of their achievements this week. They have been learning and refining new code to operete their factory machines. The Lego brick colour sorting machine works smoothly. Despite this the children used their ‘engineering habits of mind’ to consider how they could adapt and enhance their design. They were able to visualise different approaches and adapt their design accordingly. Their confidence with Scratch was wonderful to see and their resilience and understanding o how we learn from refining our designs were commendable. We can’t wait for them to show off their learning at the Lego League.
