Our children love their school and are really proud to be part of Team Rowner and the GFM. They are keen to meet people who want to help their school continue to flourish. Ollie hopes the new member of staff has a good awareness of people because they have to talk to and help people. Kida is looking for someone who will visit the classes to see learning so they can help the learning be even better. Nathan thinks that kindness is very important. Alexis is keen for someone else to help everyone with problems they might have with learning with friends.

We are looking to appoint two experienced leaders to join our Primary Phase leadership team. The GFM is an exciting new way of leading learning in a group of schools. The fundamental principle of the GFM is genuine collaborative approaches to education that impact across the age ranges. This philosophy is extended to the leadership of our school with headship colleagues pioneering initiatives in more than one school.
