As part of their personal development learning about living in the wider world, Year 6 played a board game called Money Matters. The children started the game on ‘payday’ and as they moved around the board they landed on different deductions or had the opportunity to treat themselves. They all had great fun playing the game and learned lots of things about managing money. The children learned some valuable lessons and started to think about the value of money and the importance of making sound choices.
