At break time, on Friday, some of our Year 6 children were reading some Manga books they had brought in from home in readiness for their first Manga after school club session. In this club, the children are going to be able to access some new Manga books which is a new feature section in our school library. The children will read and share their reviews with the other children. We anticipate the club will then be of interest to many others in our school. Additionally, the children will get to learn about the culture Manga has derived from- they might even get to try some sushi!
