As children’s mental health week continues we want to continue to share different ways of supporting your child’s mental health and wellbeing at home. This website has lots of activities that you can complete at home with your child. Our favourite is the Art Room which has some suggested art activities that will help children to express their feelings and emotions when the words are difficult to say.
