This week is children’s mental health week. As a school we are committed to supporting the whole child and this includes their mental wellness and emotional well being. Children engage in weekly well being and character lessons and these support children in being able to articulate their feelings, thoughts and emotions. During these uncertain times it is clear that children are experiencing more stress than they may typically experience and it is important that they know it is ok to have these feelings.
